Five minutes is all you need…

So, how does the book, Return to Ease, help you achieve noticeable pain relief and a return to your natural state of well~being? 

All you really need is five minutes a day. 

That feels doable, right?  Everyone can usually find five minutes in their day.  At the same time, realize that whatever you were doing before wasn’t working the way you desired, or you wouldn’t have picked up this book.  Einstein’s definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing over and over again, yet expect different results.  So break the cycle that isn’t working for you, and take that different action.  Now you have the tools and guidance to do something different for yourself.

The book, Return to Ease, is filled with techniques that are easy, gentle and effective. As you do these simple techniques, you will gently begin to feel a “release” which is your myofascial tissue relaxing and letting go.

How do you begin?

When you purchase the book, Return to Ease,  I suggest you start by looking through the photos of the techniques and see what catches your attention.

Make a daily self-care commitment to yourself.  Each day take 5-10 minutes to spend with your body and explore the different techniques.  Everyone can find 5-10 minutes each day.

Once you start, you will probably want to spend even a little longer doing a couple of techniques in a session.

People report back to me that they feel their body craves the work; they actually look forward and anticipate their self-care time.

Another approach would be to sit quietly, with your eyes closed, while holding the book between your hands.  Silently ask the question, “What do I need in this moment?”  With your eyes still closed, open the book and see what presents itself to you. 

You will play and have fun exploring as you observe what works for you and your body as you Return to Ease and the natural state of joy in your own body.
