six month integrative health coaching program

Your hope is right here in front of you.

I will be with you on this six-month journey from day one. I will support you, guide you, encourage you and coach you, but you will need to do the work, too.

You will need enthusiasm. You will need willpower. You will need courage to honestly look at yourself and face what isn’t working.

And you won’t be alone.

I will be by your side the entire time to cheer you on, nudge you, guide you, and offer practical tips and strategies. You will probably laugh, cry, and maybe be uncomfortable at times as you come face-to-face with things that aren’t working for you.

Nothing can be changed until you are willing to look at it. To face it head on.

I want to help you make that shift so you can release what isn’t working and embrace a new way of being that supports the dreams and possibilities you secretly hold inside yourself.

I want to help you feel fabulous again in your body and experience more health, joy and ease in your life.

The first few weeks of working together will be exciting because you will most likely feel motivated to be changing old patterns that have been holding you back in one way or another.

We will explore new strategies for you to implement and identify any dietary, physical or other lifestyle restrictions that may be blocking you from your health goals. Once we have identified these restrictions we can also come up with strategies to help you release these challenges and move on to healthier choices.

You will notice as we work together an improvement in some of your initial concerns. Sometimes my clients feel this improvement quickly and other times it is more of an incremental process. Often as initial places of restriction and difficulty release and you begin to see improvement, there are other areas where underlying issues tend to pop up. This is normal and expected, and allows us the opportunity to really get to the root cause of imbalances.

Once you are feeling strong in your body and your daily patterns, we will fine tune the skills you are building and make sure that you have the tools you need to deal with any issues that may arise and potentially derail you. At this stage, most of my clients also relate to me that they are feeling more balance in their lives, new confidence with their achievements, and they feel ease returning in their bodies.

As you can see, on this six month journey there will be periods of exponential growth and incremental growth. There may be times of plateau or places where you feel you have taken a step back. These movements are all part of the process and necessary in order to see where you need to go next in your journey. And, through all of it, I will be there to assist you.

I will hold you accountable to your goals and also be a compassionate place for you to share your experience with the changes happening with your health and in your life.

At the end of our six months together, I want you to feel that you are headed in a positive direction and empowered with new skills. I am here to give you the tools you need in order to build a solid foundation on which to stand for the rest of your life.

What You Can Expect from Me

We are engaging in a coaching/mentoring relationship. We will have 12 live coaching sessions spread over six months; two sessions per month. The sessions occur either at my office in Dublin, Ohio, on the phone or via Skype. Each session is 60 minutes in duration.

In addition to our private session time together you will receive:

  • Support via email. During the weeks we do not have a live session scheduled, please send me an update via email and I will respond within 24-48 hours. Making changes in food choices and life style habits can possibly create some upheaval and I am here to support you.  I want you to be successful!
  • Each live session will include, in the last 5-10 minutes, a personalized self-care technique to help you further release physical and/or emotional blockages and integrate the information from the coaching session. These techniques will include use of a foam roller, small therapeutic ball, gentle movements or breath work. These techniques will help you listen to your body’s messages and empower you with tools of releasing tension and stress on your own.
  • During our six months together, you will receive pertinent handouts, recipes, strategies, and inspiration all designed to help you stay on track and reach your health goals. I will help you build a toolkit of skills that you can use the rest of your life to feel and be your best!
  • After each live session I will email you a summary of the action items you agree to implement over each two week session interval.

As a bonus, you will receive from me an OPTP-Pro-Soft Foam Roller, a Super Pinky Ball, and a copy of my book Return to Ease: Gently Reconnect With Your Body’s Natural Mobility and Joy. (If your sessions will take place at my office, you will receive these items at your first session. If you are having sessions via phone or Skype, I will provide the complimentary mailing of these items.)

What I Expect from You

As your coach, I see you as a powerful and an intelligent person.  With this in mind, I require that you show up powerfully and embrace this intelligence:

  • You are responsible for taking action on the commitments you make. You define these commitments and you also must take the steps necessary to honor them.
  • Sincere effort. This is an investment in yourself and your health.
  • Think about what you’d like to achieve in our time together.  Prepare to ask questions, explore ideas, share challenges and celebrations.
  • The choice to make this a powerful relationship is yours.  I am fully committed to helping you work towards your health and wellness goals.

Your investment in your personal transformation and for this program is $2000. There is a payment plan available spread over the six months.
